Kraig Nelson, City of Neligh police officer, stands beside a new electronic speed indicator sign located on West Second Street in Neligh. Officer Nelson said the solar powered sign was placed at this location just north of the Old Mill site because of complaints of higher than legal speeds there. The sign was purchased through a $500 Lean on LARM safety grant from the League Association of Risk Management (LARM).
