The City of Scottsbluff was recently presented with a plaque honoring the community for its 20-year membership with the League Association of Risk Management (LARM).

In 1995, the Nebraska Department of Insurance granted LARM its "Certificate of Authority" to operate as a risk management pool.

Since then, LARM has grown to over 200 members from all across the state of Nebraska.
