Assistance with Claims

Fred Wiebelhaus, AIC, is the Field Adjuster Supervisor/Loss Control Assistant who can assist you with your claims.

Tracy Juranek is the LARM Customer Service Specialist who can answer questions about your claim.

LARM provides the following Claims Services:

  • Assertive claims handling
  • 3-point contact – member/employee/medical provider
  • Outside surveillance used as necessary
  • Follow state statute
  • Case manager 
  • Catastrophic claims
  • Upon member specific request
  • Determine ultimate probable cost – within 180 days
  • File review every 45 days thereafter
  • File reviewed upon new case developments
