A new Customer Service Specialist has joined the League Association of Risk Management (LARM). Drew Cook joined the LARM staff on November 1. He had previously worked as an insurance adjuster at State Farm Insurance in Lincoln for 14 years. He has a Business Degree in Marketing from Doane University and also obtained an Associates in General Insurance designation. He is currently working on a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

Cook was born and raised in Lincoln and currently resides there with his wife, Jamie, and two sons, Carter, age 10, and Jack, age 6.

A self-proclaimed outdoorsman, Cook said he loves to fish, work out and spend time outdoors. He also helps coach his son's basketball team.

"I'm looking forward to being a resource for our LARM members for their coverage questions. With my insurance background, I hope to be able to help our members navigate through their coverage," Cook said, "I appreciate that LARM has the Midwestern concept of service. It's the idea of "you're our neighbor and we're here to help you out.' "
