One of the newest LARM Board of Director members is Danielle (Dana) Klabenes, the Clerk/Treasurer for the City of Neligh. Dana has worked for the City of Neligh for 14 years.  She has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, South Dakota and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska.  She received her Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) in 2017 and is working towards the Master of Municipal Clerk (MMC).  She has two children. Her daughter graduated from Northeast Community College in Graphic Design in May. Her son is a high school senior at Neligh-Oakdale Public Schools.
