NIRMA and the League Association of Risk Management (LARM) are hosting a Law Enforcement Liability Seminar series at Scottsbluff, Ogallala, Grand Island, and Norfolk this week.  The seminar features nationally known instructor Stephen Campbell from the Legal Liability Risk Management Institute (LLRMI).

Campbell covers a wide range of topics, including search warrant preparation and service, vehicle pursuits, civil and criminal liability, workplace harassment and discrimination, and use of force, including de-escalation and duty to intervene. Over 80 law enforcement officers are attending the one-day training.
