The City of Blair purchased safety/first aid cabinets using funds from a Lean on LARM Safety Grant. Brenda Wheeler, Blair City Clerk, applied for the grant to install the cabinets in each city department.

The League Association of Risk Management (LARM) provides grants to its members to promote safety in their communities.
