The City of Norfolk recently received a $500 Lean on LARM Safety Grant from the League Association of Risk Management (LARM.) Lyle Lutt, City of Norfolk Operations Manager, applied for the grant to purchase adult and child size life vests for use on the North Fork Whitewater Park to promote safety during water activity.

LARM offers the grant to members for items that will contribute to safety in their communities.
