The City of Blair utilized funds from a Lean on LARM Safety Grant to purchase safety apparel for city workers. Brenda Wheeler, City of Blair Clerk, in applying for the grant, said the safety apparel would be for "employees to use when out in the public right of ways, etc., during work hours or public events."
The League Association of Risk Management (LARM) provides the grant for its members to purchase safety items for their communities.
