The Village of Morrill used funds from a $500 Lean on LARM Safety Grant to purchase insulator covers. Janine Schmit, Village of Morrill Clerk/Treasurer, in the application for the grant, said the Morrill electrical department would use the insulators when doing work on electrical lines.

The League Association of Risk Management (LARM) provides the grant to its members for purchase safety items for their community.
