The Village of Stratton used a Lean on LARM Safety Grant to purchase a safety harness and safety gloves for their staff members. Tara Hedrick, Village of Stratton Clerk, applied for the grant, saying the safety harness would be used in providing protection from falls for workers. The safety gloves would also allow for increased dexterity and grip and protection from cold weather conditions and injuries.

The League Association of Risk Management (LARM) offers the Lean on LARM Safety Grant to its members to purchase safety items for their communities.
