The Village of Potter utilized a Lean on LARM Safety Grant to purchase traffic signs and cones. Melissa Gorsuch, Village Clerk/Treasurer, applied for the grant, saying, "The cone bars will be used to create pedestrian barricades during community events to keep the public safe when using the street for events, and they will also be used around roads, trenches, sidewalks, and utility work zones when needed."
The League Association of Risk Management (LARM) provides the grant to members to purchase safety items for their communities.
