The Village of Oxford recently received a $500 Lean on LARM Safety Grant to purchase flame-resistant clothing for Lyle Schull, who works with power lines in the course of his duties as the Village Street Department head. The League Association of Risk Management (LARM) provides the safety  grants to its members to purchase safety items for their communities.
