The Auburn Board of Public Works (BPW) received a $500 Lean on LARM Safety Grant to purchase safety barricades and lights. Jessica Stanley, Auburn BPW Customer Service Specialist, applied for the grant saying that, "We chose this purchase for the safety of our guys while out working as well for the community too. We recently had a strong storm coming ripping through our town and the new items could help our guys work safely since the whole town was without power. These items will also reduce injuries and property losses due to people being more aware of their surroundings in an emergency situation."

The League Association of Risk Management (LARM) offers the Lean on LARM Safety Grant to its members to purchase safety items for their community.
