Presenter:
Ken Wallentine recently retired as the Chief of Police for the City of West Jordan, Utah, after more than 44 years in public service. Chief Wallentine consults on use-of-force issues nationally and has served as an expert witness nationwide. Chief Wallentine has also been a practicing public attorney. As Senior Legal Advisor for Lexipol, he helped craft police operational and risk management policies for over 8,000 public safety agencies in the United States. He is the editor of Xiphos, a national monthly newsletter updating officers on criminal procedure and liability developments, now in its 30th year.

Continuing Education:
