The City of Humboldt purchased safety barricades with a Lean on LARM Safety Grant awarded to them. Beverly Simmons, City Clerk, applied for the grant offered by the League Association of Risk Management (LARM). LARM is an insurance pool made up of 167 government agencies across Nebraska.
