Village of Cook uses funds to purchase AED

The American Legion Auxiliary in Cook, Nebraska; the Village of Cook; and the League Association of Risk Management (LARM) contributed funds to purchase an automated external defibrillator (AED) for use at the Cook Community Center. Jeanne Speckmann, Clerk for the Village of Cook, applied for a Lean on LARM Safety grant and the Auxiliary used funds from the Mike Eden Memorial Fund for the AED.

The League Association of Risk Management (LARM) provides Lean on LARM Safety Grants each year to members to help them promote safety in their community. For more information, go to www.larmpool.org.
