NIRMA and the League Association of Risk Management (LARM) are pleased to announce the return of the regional Law Enforcement Liability Seminar series for 2024. The seminars will be held on four consecutive days (March 11 – 14, 2024) at various locations across Nebraska and will feature Stephen Campbell, a nationally recognized instructor from the Legal Liability Risk Management Institute (LLRMI).

The seminars will cover a wide range of topics, including search warrant preparation and service, vehicle pursuits, civil and criminal liability, workplace harassment and discrimination, and use of force, including de-escalation and duty to intervene. This valuable training opportunity will provide six hours of course content that can be applied toward Nebraska’s 32-hour continuing education requirement for law enforcement officers.
